Refurbishment projects

We regularly refurbish properties for housing associations and local authorities throughout North Wales and the surrounding areas. Our clients are always satisfied with our performance and high quality workmanship.

Crescent Road, Rhyl

Marine Villas, Crescent Road in Rhyl is an extensive conversion of a former Grade 2 listed hostel in into three self-contained apartments for Pennaf Housing Association. The building is 90 years-old and features a duo-pitch roof, so our conversion had to be sensitive to the building’s original character. Our client is very satisfied with the quality of our workmanship and the finished apartments.

Water Street, Rhyl

Numbers 45 and 47 Water Street in Rhyl are listed terraced properties and our refurbishment converted them into six one-bedroom residential flats. The flats now have a communal entrance and a protected staircase to each of the two properties. These three-storey properties have slate roofs. Inside, there are lath and plaster ceilings, quarry tiled floors, and a variety of other materials.

“These new homes are a real asset to Rhyl and we’re proud to be part of this transformation in the town.”
