Planned maintenance
Flintshire County Council is one of our regular clients and our original framework appointment was way back in 1999. We’ve built a strong working relationship with Denbighshire County Council, delivering projects for them since we were appointed as a preferred supplier in 2002. In 2018, we were appointed to the Wrexham County Borough Council framework and now work on planned repairs and maintenance to their housing stock.
Void properties
We’ve established a successful track record of working on void properties for local authorities and housing associations. Currently we’re working on several void frameworks and are extremely proud to have completed more than 20,000 properties throughout North Wales to date.
Schools
We carry out refurbishment work to schools throughout North Wales, both during shutdown periods and during term time. Our site managers work closely with a council Clerk of Works and school staff to ensure we can deliver projects with minimal disruption.
New build social housing
We’ve developed a successful framework for new build projects which are responsive to a local community’s needs and priorities. We design and build construction projects for housing associations and local authorities across North Wales.
Building refurbishment
We regularly refurbish properties for housing associations and local authorities throughout North Wales. Our clients are always satisfied with our performance and high quality workmanship.
Public buildings
We’ve worked on a variety of public building projects for local authorities. Typical projects include extensions, refurbishments, reactive repairs and emergency response including flood and fire damage.
Fire and floods
Towns and villages in North Wales are no strangers to major incidents of flooding. We refurbish and restore properties which have been severely affected by floods. We strip out doors, furnishings, and kitchens. Then, we dry the building thoroughly, remove and renew plasterwork, install new bathrooms and kitchens, and add decorations and floor coverings.
Blue light services
Following a number of successfully completed projects, we’ve developed a long-standing relationship with North Wales Blue Light Services, including police, fire and ambulance stations. Our services include includes full station refurbishments, reconfigurations, kitchen replacements and emergency repairs.
