This was the first venture for NWPS Developments. The building work was carried out by NWPS Construction Ltd who employed many local, reputable contractors on this project as well as specialists from further afield. The development consists of 19 luxury apartments each with either balconies to the upper floor or terraces to the ground floor and enjoying spectacular sea views.

Coed Mor is a large 21-place Care Home. NWPS Construction built 2 double storey extensions to the property, partially refurbished the interior and fully rendered the exterior of the Care Home.

The scope of the work involves demolition, extensions, roof repairs, window refurbishment, full tiling, joinery, plumbing, electrics, disabled adaptations, groundwork's including drainage and re-surfacing.
Client: Bishop Heber High School, Malpas, Cheshire
NWPS carried out alterations to the original viewing gallery to facilitate the creation of a new fitness suite. This involved stripping out the old partition walls and glazed screens, removing old plumbing, making good walls and floors and installing locker room equipment, showers, toilets, fire doors, heating, air conditioning, a full electrical installation and carpeting.
Client: Pengwern College, Rhyl, Denbighshire
NWPS are currently carrying out total refurbishment of the sash windows to the main Grade 2 listed building. We also carry out disabled adaptations, groundwork's and fencing at the college.
