NWPS Construction Ltd was formed as a partnership in May 1999 known as North West Property Services based in Kinmel Bay, North Wales. North West Property Services carried out day to day maintenance contract work for Flintshire County Council.

From these small beginnings North West Property Services became a limited company, NWPS Construction Limited, in 2001. As well as private works, insurance works and day to day maintenance works for the Post Office, NWPS Construction Ltd undertook larger maintenance works for Flintshire County Council and refurbishment works for Denbighshire County Council.

In 2003 our sister company NWPS Developments Ltd was established with the intention of entering the new build sector. Within two years the 'Splash Point' site in Rhyl was bought and successfully developed into 19 luxury apartments.

The development has won a North Wales Building award from Denbighshire County Council and our site manager won the NHBC 'Pride in the Job' award from the NHBC. This is a highly coveted award in the house-building industry.

In October 2004, NWPS bought the premises we currently occupy in Rhyl, Denbighshire and continued to grow as a business, undertaking more and more prestigious contracts.

NWPS Construction and NWPS Developments continue to grow and develop with a reputation for providing a professional and friendly service. We are reliable, competitive and committed to carrying out only the highest standard of work.

Even though we have grown, we have not forgotten our beginnings and are still happy to undertake smaller works from minor refurbishment of private homes, to extensions, garage conversions, groundworks, general repairs and maintenance etc.
